We create an environment where the kids are central to supporting each other and inspiring each other through modelling and encouragement. We develop resilience through trying new things, and seeing that even when they sometimes bomb out that it’s never the end of the world.
And the most important part of that, is that although they’re here to learn to speak, they actually learn the art of listening.
